The Renovation Process
Renovations tend to scare most home owners because they don’t want it to go beyond the original scope of plans or cost. We are known for sticking to the price we quote and for doing whatever it takes to leave you happy with the end result. Here are a list of steps we take with each client during a renovation:
- Meet with client to detail the renovation including measurements
- Estimate Given
- Contract Signed
- Renovation starts with project manager on-site
- Project Manager updates client weekly on status of project
- Renovation is completed on-time and on-budget

Where does Perry Homes operate?
We are based out of Saint John, New Brunswick but take on projects throughout Atlantic Canada.
Who operates Perry Homes?
Bob Perry and his son Josh Perry are the co-owners of Perry Homes Inc. Bob started the company in 1983 and has 350+ custom built homes under his tool belt.
Who do you guys use for plumbing and electrical?
We have fully licensed plumbers and electricians on-hand.
