Bob Perry and Josh Perry (father and son) own and operate Perry Homes Inc. Bob has been in business since 1983 while Josh joined the team full-time in 2008.
Where is Perry Homes based out of?
Perry Homes is based out of Saint John, NB, however, we are open for projects throughout Atlantic Canada.
Are you guys insured?
Yes, we sure are! We are licensed and are part of the Atlantic Home Warranty program.
How do I know my build won't go over budget?
It’s our guarantee. As long as it’s within our control, we will ensure that your build does not go over budget. This means the price we quote you, is the price you pay.
